AC Hotel by Marriott Reviews

It was the best location we’ve used so far. I think we’ve used about five before. The wait was reasonable for departure, and we had very little wait at the airport. The shuttle was comfortable. The employees we encountered were polite and professional.

This was a very convenient option to parking at LAX. There was virtually no wait time on the drop off or pick up, and my car was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel after my trip. To top it off my electric car was fully charged upon pickup. I will definitely use this service again.

The ease of check in and check out was wonderful! The Lyft drivers were courteous and on time. The shuttle service to the Uber/Lyft site was easy and on time. Definitely a place to patronize if you want to avoid the airport hassle.

Courteous staff, convenient, and great service. Love the free Lyft to LAX and discounted Lyft for the return to the parking structure.

They accommodated me and was very thankful, I believe it should be ok to allow the customer a certain mile radius for the lyft ride. Also on the return they questioned why I paid until the 27 if I was arriving the 26 maybe because I’m staying at the hotel and they kind questions my that and that I couldn’t do that.

This is a newer hotel and I’m sure they are getting some kinks worked out. I believe it going to be good once employees get up to speed and once certain rules when switched around.
