Original heard great things about your service departures and pick up's every 10 minutes but no 45 minute wait each way.

Heard about the luxury van, but no old and creaky.

Very disappointing.

Wonderful service. Great location.

Driver TO the airport was courteous. Driver on the pick-up was not. Wait time for pickup was an entire HOUR after my flight had landed. I had no baggage to claim, so I was out of the airport within minutes. I had to call Custom 3 times. Unacceptable. Will not user again nor recommend this parking lot to anyone.

I waited shuttle bus for 1 and half hour. It was terrible.

Such a great company with helpful and accommodating people. Would definitely park at Custom Hotel again.

Coming from Orange County, the parking facility was a little bit further than I anticipated, but the helpful attendants and kind shuttle drivers more than made up for that. It was well worth a little farther drive for the great service. I called ahead when I returned and they had my car ready and waiting for me so when I got off the shuttle there was not waiting. I just left. My experience with Custom Hotel Parking was awesome!
