Best Prices!! But even more importantly, great-quick service! When we returned from our trip, our vehicle was sitting outside ready for us to go and we had the keys and were out in literally less than 2 minutes. Honorable people with great customer service! I love Extra Car and have parked here on numerous occasions. I was a little frustrated and disappointed on this trip, however. When I made the reservation, I could only select a time for arrival to Extra Car on the hour (vs. half hour). We arrived to Extra Car 20 minutes before our 11am reservation and were charged another FULL day of parking because we were a little early. I thought it was absolutely ridiculous and have never had that happen before. Didn't feel like I got a really solid answer as to why the extra day's parking charge, either.
