Excellent price and location. Shuttle is effective with very courteous drivers. Spaces around corners need to be cleared marked as some people take them for parking slots making circulation complicated and dangerous. We saw no employee around, and since nobody ever replies to their phone number, better not have any last minute question.

I have used several LAX airport parking lots in recent years and I was not really happy with any of them. I was also nervous about parking at VPNE since their rates were the lowest. I was so nervous that I drove to the facility a couple of days before my trip just to check it out. An employee was at the gate and assured me that shuttles run every 15 to 20 minutes. On the day of our trip I had no problems entering or finding a spot but their lot seemed very full. Some cars were parked at the end of rows in non-spaces taking up some pathways. I found a spot on the 4th floor and even though we had a very early flight, found the shuttle ready and waiting for us right outside the gates. The trip to the airport was uneventfull although the driver makes a couple of stops at hotels on the way. After our trip, I decided to see how long it would take for the shuttle to arrive. It was about 8 minutes. That is amazing and I will surely be using them again in the future as long as they have space available.

Very Happy with our overall experience. We followed the instructions on the voucher and everything worked out well. Shuttle that took us back to the Vpne Parking Garage Lot from LAX came about 10 minutes after we call for it. No problems.

Well, is Ok if you arrive with plenty of time, it was busy, I have to park all the way to the 7th floor and I saw a lot of cars parked in a double line. Give yourself enough time to make it to your terminal.

There were too many cars parked in the aisle right at the end, which makes it hard to turn your cars.\r\n\r\nHad to wait long time to get the shuttle from parking lot to airport, wish there was some communication as to when will the shuttle come.

The 8-level garage was way overbooked. At least 100 cars were double parked. This blocked the exit of many cars and created a hazard for driving. If there is an emergency, it will be dangerous. \r\n\r\nWe found the only open spot and it was on the eighth level. There was only 6 inches to spare on either side of my car. They advertise as \"indoor parking,\" but the eighth level has not roof and is open-air. I would not consider parking there if I had a newer or more expensive car.\r\n\r\nUpon return, we waited an hour for the shuttle. \r\n\r\nThe parking situation at LAX is pathetic, which is the only reason Vpne can stay in business.

Our second time using this parking structure, everything was as expected. This time though, when we came back, the male driver was very helpful and courteous and helped us with our luggage in and out of the van, really appreciate him!!
