Overall an excellent facility, with good bus service and friendly drivers.

I've used them a few times and highly recommend them to anyone parking near LAX. They are not the cheapest, but well work the extra $2 - $3. One of the other ones I tried turned out to not be a self park, even though it was listed as such.

Sometimes wait has been long, but there is a lot of traffic near and around LAX.

Waited over an hour for a pick up shuttle. All others passed me by 2 or 3 times. Won't use again.

It is a good place to park. LAX is crazy place anyway, so expect delays. Clean shuttle and good driver.

I have used several LAX airport parking lots in recent years and I was not really happy with any of them. I was also nervous about parking at VPNE since their rates were the lowest. I was so nervous that I drove to the facility a couple of days before my trip just to check it out. An employee was at the gate and assured me that shuttles run every 15 to 20 minutes. On the day of our trip I had no problems entering or finding a spot but their lot seemed very full. Some cars were parked at the end of rows in nonspaces taking up some pathways. I found a spot on the 4th floor and even though we had a very early flight found the shuttle ready and waiting for us right outside the gates. The trip to the airport was uneventfull although the driver makes a couple of stops at hotels on the way. After our trip I decided to see how long it would take for the shuttle to arrive. It was about 8 minutes. That is amazing and I will surely be using them again in the future as long as they have space available.

Used your parking facility often in the past, but now, with 2 to 4 extra stops, and distance from lax, it takes much longer enroute and waiting. May well reconsider parking space. Add to that, the first bus to terminal was FULL, so had to wait even longer.

Everything was good except it took a while for pick up.

Just waiting on shuttle to pickup was long, other than that all is good.

This facility is the most convenient economical location to park & ride to the airport. However, some of the people that utilize this facility tend to park a little over directed & also make a parking spot in the wrong place. So, driving through this location is sometimes an obstacle course. The lighting needs to be a little brighter for the early morning & late-night park. Even with all that I mentioned, I will be using this location again. Just be aware of your surroundings as you should anywhere.

I've parked there many times. It is always a refreshing experience. Fast shuttles to and from the airport. Great service and easy payment.

The location of the lot was a good enclosed parking structure. We found that if you arrived earlier then the time stated, you wouldn\'t have access to enter. Be sure to have your QR code ready, because that\'s the only way the gate will lift for you. \r\n\r\nAs for the timing of the shuttle, they were surprising prompt and quick with our pickup and drop off. The drivers were amazing in helping us with our luggage situation and dropping us off at the appropriate location. I do wish that the pick up sign for the shuttle was more clear, since my family was a bit confused and had to ask directions to the pick up area. Otherwise, a good experience overall.
