Very satisfied. Will definitely use Marriott parking again.

Everything was fine except getting out of the parking lot when I got back. There was at least 15 cars in line to get out because the lead car could not figure out how to use the gate pass to get out.

Apparently you need an easier method or more instructions on how to use the pass.

We always have a bad time getting picked up. It took 40 plus minutes to get picked up. No one answered the phone for my pickup till I called a second time. We saw 3 other buses from other parking services go by between 2 or 3 times while I was waiting in the cold.

This was my first time and the experience was incredibly pleasant. Everyone was very helpful courteous and kind. I will definitely use this again! Well done!

Great Facility will use Marriott MCO again.

Parking was easy staff courteous will use again This was the 2nd time I used facility. As a matter of fact during the Dec Holiday they offered me free valet parking.

Driver who picked us up at the airport was awesome. He delivered superior service to us.

When returning I called for pickup at 6:58 am and it was 7:45 am when I left the facility. The longest it has ever taken me.

I wish the shuttles came more often for pick up and drop off.

Some helpful advice: Park in the lot immediately to your right as you're about to approach the hotel. Hit the button to take a ticket and store it safely on your person. When you come back from your trip go to the front deskinside and to your right or valet attendant outsideoften not there and give them your printout and ticket. They will enter your ticket into their computer system so it will scan to open the gate on your way out.Hotel employees and shuttle drivers are friendly. Orlando Airport Marriott is a good place to park during peak travel times like Christmas and Thanksgiving.
