It was my first time to use this business and the pickup process was confusing, especially as to how to exit from the valet location. Not clearly marked and no one provided any direction when we were dropped off.

A bit pricey and you could find better rates but overall service and efficiently was excellent.

A wonderful experience! My driver was wonderful and helpful.

Shuttle service was bad from airport to parking. We called to let them know we had our luggage but the shuttle was full when we got there. Need to have more shuttles ready.

I didnt like it. I LOVED IT !!!!Perfect Location! Felling security leaving my car in your facility.We were concerned about the waiting time around 4am but we were in and out of the parking lot in less than 15 minutes!! Checkin was really nice and easy. Shuttle service was beyond excellent.Our overall experience was really a great one. Courteous and helpful drivers and receiving bottles of water at the checkingout area really make our day.We were really impressed with the customer service. We will park here next time and will recommend it to my friends.

A very impressive business all around. Everyone was so prompt and friendly. I hardly had to wait for a bus when I arrived and they drop you off directly at your car. I never write reviews but this place was exceptional!

Park n Go is conveniently very close to the airport and the staff is extremely friendly. I never had to wait for a shuttle and on the way back, the attendant made sure I had air in my tires. I would park here every time I need to fly from the Orlando airport.

The best deal I've ever had and great service the drivers were so friendly and helpful. Don't forget to tip the driver because you're saving so much money. I was so worried about driving into Orlando and what I'd have to pay to park just totally took that burden off my trip. I live in St. Petersburg.
