From start to finish, this was an easy process. Great location and safe parking. Helpful hotel personnel. Reliable shuttle service.

This was the first time I parked at Renaissance Arlington Capital View and the proximity to the airport is priceless. I apparently parked on the wrong floor because it wasn’t clear to me that there were certain levels for long term parking. The only other hitch was that with airline delays the shuttle had already quit running for the night. It was no issue to get a Lyft and staff at the hotel directed me to the parking garage through the hotel lobby. It’s a great bargain compared to the airport prices and I’ll be parking with you guys from now on.

Very easy in and out. Shuttle arrived quickly. Loved being able to use restroom and buy a coffee in the hotel before hopping on shuttle. Would definitely park here again!

Great location and relatively easy process. A few hiccups though.

First, the receipt said it would be valet parking and I actually had to self park. This was not a huge deal, but I wish I had built in the extra time. The attendant also told me the shuttle would wait for me while I was self parking. However, after I parked, the shuttle was not there. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport, as I was already running late from having to self park.

Pick up was relatively easy, but had to present ticket and reservation receipt (after a week away) and then wait for someone to manually let me out of the gate.

This was very convenient. The only problem was finding the place! The map link was not precise and I was confused. Additionally, the Waze map took me to a completely wrong address. Finally we got there and were very pleased. There is no shuttle, but it really isn\'t necessary anyway.

They were very accommodating and I would use this location again.

I've parked here at this facility everytime I fly from Reagan. So far I had good experiences. But this last time when I parked my car, Feb 6-9, I was disappointed to find out that our coin purse that we leave at our console between the two front seats were empty. Our coin purse has stayed in the car forever and this thing never happened to us. For the first time too, whoever took our car when we dropped it off looked like he was drunk and had no interest on what he was doing. It was concerning. I hope this issue will be addressed.

Excellent service. I would definitely use this again.

There are a few stops on the way to the airport. When I got back to DC I opted for a cab back to the hotel.
