My first experience using this parking service. Did not really understand just how to proceed and had a difficult time leaving off car. First, shuttle van was packed, had to wait for another. Nerve racking drop off but now that I understand procedures, would use again.

Staff is very helpful and courteous. The parking area is safe and lots of room. It is like valet parking, you hand in the key and the car was returned to the entrance circle.

Hotel was not easy to find, because my GPS was five years old, and the address did not exist then.

Shuttle time to get to the airport was 40 min, because two other stops. On return, shuttle only took 7 min, 1 stop, then Renaissance Hotel.

I will park my Cadillac DTS here again!

Great experience overall. The only thing I wish I could change is for the shuttle to come more often, upon returning and waiting at the airport. I've had 20-25 minute waits. But the valet personnel are wonderful and efficient. If I call from the terminal, my car will be waiting for me when I get off the shuttle.

I have parked at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View several times and find it convenient with good service for the required valet service.

It was great, handy, timely, courteous, at a fabulous price. Will certainly use this service again.

Very easy in and out. Shuttle arrived quickly. Loved being able to use restroom and buy a coffee in the hotel before hopping on shuttle. Would definitely park here again!

I've parked here at this facility everytime I fly from Reagan. So far I had good experiences. But this last time when I parked my car, Feb 6-9, I was disappointed to find out that our coin purse that we leave at our console between the two front seats were empty. Our coin purse has stayed in the car forever and this thing never happened to us. For the first time too, whoever took our car when we dropped it off looked like he was drunk and had no interest on what he was doing. It was concerning. I hope this issue will be addressed.

It was a very good experience. We parked and were at the airport in a few minutes. On the way home, we walked out from the baggage area and the shuttle was waiting. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely use again.

Young man as valet at this parking facility upon my arrival was extremely professional, kind and provided beyond excellent customer service. I plan on booking flights from DCA. Best parking service.
