Excellent service. Wait time was only mins. I could not ask for better service than what they provided. I always like to park there. I feel my vehicle is safe there. I thank Renaissance Orlando Airport for their exceptional service, especially their parking ticket staff and their driver.

Overall it was an OK experience. It would be helpful to know at the time of the booking and payment if Renaissance Orlando Airport knew in advance and shared the information that their lot would be already fully booked due to events scheduled in the hotel or nearby.

Every time I return from a trip my car is filthy. Bird droppings, clumps of dirt. It’s like they take my outback off road. I will no longer use this property. I will use a garage.\r\nNot worth the few bucks I save. It’s unfortunate you can’t control this. Your business model is solid, but you can’t control the personnel or facilities.

It’s a great way to park and then fly to your destination.

Employees are always friendly. Shuttles are quick to respond. Fees are very reasonable. Location is great for access to OIA.
