Plenty of parking during holiday time frame. Shuttle was on time coming and going. Good experience. I will use Renaissance again.

Employees are always friendly. Shuttles are quick to respond. Fees are very reasonable. Location is great for access to OIA.

Good experience overall! Make sure you retain the phone number for the hotel shuttle so you can summon a ride from MCO to the hotel when you return from your trip.

Overall it was an OK experience. It would be helpful to know at the time of the booking and payment if Renaissance Orlando Airport knew in advance and shared the information that their lot would be already fully booked due to events scheduled in the hotel or nearby.

Every time I return from a trip my car is filthy. Bird droppings clumps of dirt. Its like they take my outback off road. I will no longer use this property. I will use a garage.Not worth the few bucks I save. Its unfortunate you cant control this. Your business model is solid but you cant control the personnel or facilities.

Personnel both at drop off and pickup were very professional. The shuttle was on time leaving and at pick up. All and all a very good service and we were very happy with the service. Would recommend it to anyone looking to park while flying.
