Renaissance Orlando Airport Reviews

It was our first time using the parking at the Renaissance and we were quite satisfied. I would recommend it to others.

Very convenient location. All members of the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Ill park at this location on my next trip.

I wish there were clear instructions on what to do upon arrival at the facility. Had to ask several people what the parking procedure was and it was only after the third employee I encountered that someone had a clue. After that everything ran smoothly. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and fast and the lot seems pretty secure. Will definitely consider the Renaissance again and now that I know the procedure at this facility it should go smoother next time.

You pull up to the hotel lobby and get a ticket from the valet. You will self-park your car in the hotel lot (paved, gated and lighted).

The shuttle leaves the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour, so plan accordingly.

When you arrive back from your destination, you call them once you have claimed your bags and they will pick you up down on level 1 (ground transportation)... it takes about 10-15 minutes once you call.

Shuttle drivers were very friendly. I tipped them well.

Good experience, check in was quick and easy, checkout was the same. Price is very competitive. Lot was clean and safe. Would use this again.

Wait time for pickup at the airport at 10 PM took a little longer than expected.
