Everything was fine: the people are very nice the only concern I had was when I picked up my car it was soaking wet. I was told it was going to be in an inside spot. Other than that everything was fine.

No answer of the phone upon my return. Either busy signal or unanswered rings for 20 minutes. Finally picked up when I was halfway to the facility in an Uber. Definitely substandard, and compounded by traveling with exhausted small children at the end of a long travel day. Further aggravated by a staff who seemed disinterested in my experience. A secure facility, but I won't use it again.

Very quick shuttle to the terminal, and equally quick pick up time upon our return. It was a "snap" to use their services!

Very easy to get to and easy to. Shuttle was waiting to take us right to the airport. Waiting 5 minutes or so after we returned for pickup. Great experience.

Some of the employees would benefit from taking a class in customer service ...some of them had attitudes. But not all of them.

Safe, secure, and friendly staff. Will definitely use SNAP Newark airport again! Car was warming up for us when we arrived.
