Everything was great except they gave us kids and many luggages only 15 minutes after validation to get out of the garage.

Overall good parking experience. We had problems with the gate to exit the parking lot on our return. Had to call the parking attendants to come help.

Did not think security was sufficient. Nothing was taken or happened to my vehicle, but there was easy access from outside to parking area.

Only issue I had was the check out procedure wasn't very clear. Wound giving my ticket and payment receipt to the checkout girl at the gate who said something about I should have gotten a valet ticket or something when I arrived. Just needed a bit clearer instruction on that one, on your website perhaps. Other than that I would say great job, we'll be using you again next time.

Location was perfect, as were shuttle wait times… not too long, not too crowded. Only thing is that I printed out the prepaid confirmation paper (had parked for a week and prepaid online) and the valet staff did not seem to know what it was for. They were unfamiliar with it so they had to ask around and find a supervisor to explain the parking situation. Otherwise, a great experience overall. Will be parking here again!

Love the location - close to the airport. Shuttle was available right away both to the airport and returning. Only problem we had was getting our car thru the gate when we were leaving. That is the 2nd time that happened to us. It does not read the ticket we were given and we had to go back and ask for assistance.

I have been using this facility for more than 6 months almost on a weekly basis but I have not been able to use it on the last 2 weeks because their rates seem to be increasing every single weekend, it is outrageous, they passed to charge $13 2 weeks ago to $24 this week! \r\nReally bad because the service and the people are really nice, but with that increasing policy without any notice, I will not be able to use it anymore!!

Most convenient location. I park here every time. Easy check in and out with QR code. Sometimes walk to terminals (10 min to #1, 18 min to #2) instead of waiting for shuttle- mostly travel with only a backpack. (Even during Terminal 1 construction) The shuttle also stops at Bay View Sheraton for pickup. Shuttle usually runs every 15, other times every 30. \r\n\r\nCourtesy desk knows how often, and sometimes can tell you time of next shuttle.\r\nA few times it\'s been a \"bait and switch\" and you are directed to park 1/2 mile further down at the Sheraton Bay View, and when I have, the shuttle has been every 30 minutes. This is annoying, inconvenient, and not what I paid for. However, it was still faster to walk since I just missed shuttle.
