Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina Reviews

This was about our twelfth time using this lot. The prices are reasonable it's one of the closest lots and the shuttles are great! We waited less than 5 minutes at each end of our journey. I hesitate to rate it so highly fearing rate increases and having no space when we need it! I honestly don't really worry about those issues. They have never disappointed me over the past ten years we've been utilizing them!

Went very smoothly. The only mark down was one Sheridan employee that acted bothered to answer questions.

The Sheraton made parking and getting to the airport as easy as could be. You pay online, you park your car and keep your keys. The shuttle takes just minutes to drop you off at your gate. Upon return call the provided number and they pick you up fast. Show the valet your parking ticket stub and your receipt for payment made online and they give you a ticket that opens the gate for you to leave. My vehicle was just as I left it. The Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina is a classy place that treats its customers right.

It is a walkable distance from Terminal 1 and is not hard to get into and out of.

I’m very impressed with everything, first it was easy to find the location and we found a spot right away. Our shuttle bus picked us up within a minute of waiting. We were greeted and he loaded our bags. On our way back we also didn’t wait much, as soon as we got to the pick up area, the shuttle bus arrived. I’m definitely recommending this place when ever I’m traveling and in need to leave my car in a safe place.

Convenient location. Only negative is if you miss the shuttle then it is a 20 minute wait. You could physically walk to the parking lot faster.

Conveniently located by airport. Easy to get in and out. Friendly drivers.

Shuttle pickup seems to be so random, last time I waited over 45 minutes and I called for a pick up, which I usually don't have to do.

Convenient and easy. Shuttle was fast both on pick up and drop off.
