CAN'T SAY ANYTHING BAD IT WAS VERY NICE. WAIT WAS SHORT, THE PARKING LOT WAS CLEAN AND SOME VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. BOOKED PARKING ON LINE AND WHOLE THING WAS GOOD.

The lot is perfectly situated near the airport and is safe and well-lit. The wait for the shuttle to get to the airport was about 5 minutes and on my return I was told 5-7 minutes but as soon as I walked outside it was there already. The shuttle was comfortable, air-conditioned and smelled clean and fresh. My only negative is that it wasn't clear cut about where I should park when I arrived at the lot - there wasn't someone at the gate directing you and letting you know what to do. Overall, I will absolutely park there again.

Valet parking was backed up during drop off but shuttle driver did wait for us. Upon arrival we waited for shuttle pick up for 15 minutes and waited for car for 15 minutes. Purchased valet covered parking but car was parked for 2 weeks in open uncovered space.

The return pickup was amazing! I called with my valet ticket and the shuttle was already at the designated waiting area. I arrived at parking facility and my car was brought up immediately!I will use you guys again!! Great job!

The driver was right there when I parked! And the driver was right there at airport when I arrived back!!
