Well done and with sensitive employees.

The two drivers (departure and pick-up at arrival) were two of the nicest people I\'ve encountered. Very polite and helpful. The instructions for airport pick-up could be clearer as we waited in the arrival area for a long time waiting for the shuttle. The instructions state to wait at post #34 for the shuttle which we did. The problem was we were on the general arrival area near the baggage retrieval and there is a column 34 in red and white letters. It took awhile to figure out there is a level below where busses and shuttle pick-up.\r\n\r\nThe shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. I would use WallyPark again.

I have been parking here for approximately 4 years, always great service, very polite, great location.

Found out that they have driven and moved my vehicle several times in a week's span. I can understand moving my car just a few feet to make room in order to get another car in or out but back and fourth between two different lots??? That's just completely unnecessary One of those times they parked my car in a grass parking lot and had caused damages to the underside of my vehicle.
