I had the unfortunate experience of parking over the weekend of the big snow storm. When the shuttle dropped me at my car it was completely surrounded by snow… and had been plowed in. Luckily, I had packed a shovel, but there was no offer of help by the driver, he could have improved his tip. Had I not had a shovel, I would have been completely screwed as my car has a low clearance!

Wait times were minimal, and it was easy to figure out. Price wasn't too bad in grand scheme of things. Shuttle takes 5 minutes. Overall good experience. I even left my keys on the shuttle, called the main place and the guy sent my shuttle driver right back to where he dropped me off with the keys. They were very good about it. Will use again.
