Employees were courteous. When I arrived, handed over my keys for Valet and a shuttle was available immediately. Called for pickup when we arrived back in San Diego. Very short wait for shuttle back. My car was waiting when we got back to the garage.

Would definitely use again!

Excellent garage - covered parking that is not that far from the airport. Fast shuttles and quick pick up. The valet service is worth every dollar - they'll have the car ready to go and pointed at the exit when you arrive.

I really appreciate the helpfulness of the drivers. I am old and it is difficult for me to put my suitcase in and out of my trunk. They always help me.

Very fast service. I wish there was an option to walk to the airport but outside of that very efficient operation.

They even gave me a bottle of water for my drive home. Nice touch!

Checking out is slow. The exit lanes are difficult to maneuver, and the automatic ticket reader is difficult to reach from the vehicle. The person at the booth took my receipt ticket with the barcode, but couldn't find a record that I had prepaid. I had to dig through my file while waiting to find my original receipt. AWKWAAARD! The driver, Steven, was courteous and helpful.

I had a great experience at this garage. I especially appreciated how the shuttle not only led me to an empty parking spot, but also picked me up directly from there and promptly departed for the airport. Super convenient!

Shuttle are getting a bit old! Otherwise everything was great.
