Very pleased. In and out with no issues. Shuttle drivers were fantastic in loading and unloading luggage. Both drivers were very courteous. Two traffic lights separate the parking location from the terminals. Less than one mile on the odometer. I felt this was a secured area to keep my vehicle.

Would definitely use this service again when needed!! Prompt departure and prompt pick up. Staff extremely helpful and polite.
Went on vacation out of the country.
Arrived at approximately 4:30 AM to the facility and within 15 minutes, I was on my way to the airport. Easy check-in process. Bus driver placed all our luggage into the bus and valet took charge of our vehicle.
After I picked up my luggage, from returning from my vacation, within 10-15 minutes I was being picked up. You have to call them to pick you up but you can't do it until after you have picked up your luggage. Again, the bus driver handled all my luggage.
When we arrived at the facility, family member stayed outside with the luggage, I went in to pay, came out and vehicle was there waiting for me and luggage being placed into the vehicle. Boom, boom, boom experience but "I" was not rushed.
This whole experience was so simple and very well organized. All staff members professional and polite. Would highly recommend using there service ANYTIME!!!!! Check out time probably took 5 minutes, if that.
P.S. Vehicle is in excellent condition! Just like I had left!

Would have, could have been a perfect experience except for the phone call requesting pickup, why must I be put on hold so my claim number can be written down (where is your pen)? The delay is very annoying with all the background noise in the shuttle area.
I hope I can change this review to 5 stars next week for the sake of the shuttle crews and the Guy that checked me in, they were first rate!
