Just perfect and I ended up staying the night at the hotel on the way back due to nasty weather and a 2 hr drive home, parking and hotel in one inclusive price

Pick up took over 30 min of wait time at airport outside

Early, early morning flight out and return. No problems. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Excellent Experience Parking with E-Z Way Parking at Crowne Plaza Newark NJ. Great Staff From Drop off to Pick-up to Payment.

The drop off location was easy to find. Parking lot directions were very clear. It took less than 5 minutes to check in and 23 minutes to check out! We had to wait less than 5 minutes at the parking lot for the shuttle to the airport. The ride to the airport was about 15 minutes.The wait time after we called to be picked up at the airport was approximately 15 minutes. We started walking to the pickup location after calling and we arrived at almost the same moment as the shuttle.The lot felt very safe as it was on the same property as the Crowne Plaza hotel. The staff was very courteous.

Always a pleasure at e-z way. Have been using them for 7 years and not a single issue.

Had to go to 3rd floor rather than bottom level where we arrived. Not sure why but really inconvienent. Also ticket did not have name of company. The only way we knew was when you answered the phone. Probably missed the first shuttle because of it. Very confusing. Put the name of the parking lot on the ticket and make it easy on the traveler.
