Just perfect and I ended up staying the night at the hotel on the way back due to nasty weather and a 2 hr drive home, parking and hotel in one inclusive price

Pick up took over 30 min of wait time at airport outside

Good experience after parking here for 2 weeks for our trip to Asia.\r\n\r\nWe lost our ticket, but the office was able to easily locate our keys. Check-out was fast and easy.\r\n\r\n5-10 minute wait for the shuttle to take us to the airport.\r\n10-15 minute wait for pickup from the airport.

Excellent value and great service. This is our second time using them in Newark.

Some confusion as to location of vehicle upon return. Personnel was very accommodating.

Friendly, helpful drivers. We got the shuttle immediately from the parking location to the airport and only waited about 10 minutes for the return shuttle after calling from the airport. I would definitely park here again.

The drop off location was easy to find. Parking lot directions were very clear. It took less than 5 minutes to check in and 2-3 minutes to check out! We had to wait less than 5 minutes at the parking lot for the shuttle to the airport. The ride to the airport was about 15 minutes.\r\n\r\nThe wait time after we called to be picked up at the airport was approximately 15 minutes. We started walking to the pickup location after calling and we arrived at almost the same moment as the shuttle.\r\n\r\nThe lot felt very safe as it was on the same property as the Crowne Plaza hotel. The staff was very courteous.

Very helpful driver assisting my wife, who is disabled. Absolutely no problems with this parking facility. Great price.
