Driver was great, but van was dirty and smelly. Overall I had no issues. Pick up was super quick and car was ready and had no scratches or issues. I'd use this place again.

Close to Newark\'s Liberty Airport (just one short exit away!), so that you\'re there in record time. For the most part, there\'s usually a shuttle ready, and they seem to understand that by the time you get there, you just want to transfer your belongings to the shuttle, hand over the car key/get a numbered check stub and be on your way to the terminal.\r\n\r\nThey are also pretty good about picking you up when you return to the airport - just remember to get to the 3rd level at either door # 6 or 9 depending on the terminal.

Very happy, shuttle is looking a bit old and beaten up otherwise very satisfied. I landed late at night and they picked me up after only a 5 minute wait. Staff was friendly car cleaned off by them after a major snow. I will see you next time.

Fifteen minute wait at terminal B which is not unusual given it was very busy. The car was lined up and ready which is more than other places will do for you.

Convenient service, functional attitude, got what we came for. Fully satisfied.

The wait time to be picked up was too long -- about 40 minutes! Every thing was good when we arrived for our flight.
