Was unaware that you bring customer's car to the office area upon our return. Went to parking spot and didn't know it was already brought out (it was late and dark outside). So I'm better informed now! Still happy with overall service.

This parking facility was very easy to find. The attendant and shuttle driver were personable and our car was pulled right up to the front when we returned. We waited at the airport for only about 510 minutes which was great considering it was pretty cold out. We will 100 park here again. Thank you!

There must be a sign in the office reminding the customers to keep their tickets and the printout confirmation till the checkout. It seems that many misplaced their documents and faced a regrettable situation at the checkout loosing money unnecessarily.

So much cheaper and easier then parking while flying out of any other New York airport.

I was very impressed with the shuttle drivers. They were courteous and friendly.
Pick up from the airport was quick and well directed.

However, the woman at the counter when we returned to pick up our car was rude and unhelpful. When I came to pick up the car, she informed me I needed a print out of the reservation, even though I had the email on my phone, and heal directed me to the hotel lobby.

In order to get the print out I needed to go to the local hotel and PAY to print it out. This was poorly organized and not helpful.

I hope there will be a way of rectifying the car pick up pocess.
