Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa Reviews

Our booking went off without a hitch. Self parked my car, placed pass on my dashboard. The shuttle bus driver Ken (Aziz) was courteous and friendly and really made our experience with Hilton of Orange/Costa Mesa a memorable one. Because of him and the valet staff I will choose this hotel and parking for my next trip.

When I returned from my trip, I printed my confirmation receipt, showed it to valet and they handed me a current parking pass.
Flying out of John Wayne airport SNA was a breeze and booking with parkon.com made it that much easier.

Great personnel at hotel and excellent response when my trip was extended and parking extension needed as week. Person emailed me promptly and corrected my workaround and issue.

I like the service and the shuttle was on time. Easy in and out of the parking. Close to the airport. I already booked another Hilton SNA parking for my next trip. I recommend it.

5 Stars. I’ve been staying here nearly every week for well over a year now. It’s great. The parking is covered, there’s always space and the price is right. I read through some of the reviews to see what people were complaining about. A couple of reviewers moan about the distance they had to walk after baggage claim. Really? It’s the wingspan of a jet. You come outside, cross the arrivals pickup lanes and go to the hotel van pickup area. Every single hotel and bus must pickup here. You have to wonder if people do any exercise anymore.

The departure from the hotel is on the hour and 30 past. The airport pickup is at 15 and 45. The ride to and from the hotel is about 6-7 minutes. For this it cost you $7/day. The process is easy. You come into the parking garage and get a ticket at the gate. Just leave it in your car. When you return, you show your reservation to the vallet. He’ll then give you a green ticket. When you leave the parking garage you put in your original white ticket. It’ll show a crazy price owed. Then put in your green ticket, the gate opens and you’re on your way. This place is awesome.

Location is great. Parking facility is clean and secure. Shuttle is always on time and staff is great. Have used your service several times and am very pleased.

The staff was helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed and my rate was the same, so that was wonderful. The shuttle was right on time with no waiting. Excellent! Will definitely use again.

This is my favorite Orange County airport parking destination. Always a pleasure to use your facility!

Love using the QR code to enter and easy exit too. Shuttle was quick no wait at both ends. Nice to know designated wait space at both ends. Prefer direct shuttle rather than multi stop shuttle by drivers using radio communication. Booking was easy! Booked again for 2 future trips.

Will use again for future travel out of Reagan National Airport. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Distance to airport terminal A is about 5-8 minutes.

Very happy with my experience.
