We were running late due to traffic, but parking was great with elevator to entrance to hotel. Wish parking was a bit closer to the Airport, but for the price I can't complain.

Only thing was when we were leaving the parking there were no attending to show my payment paper so I had to go back inside the hotel to ask what I needed to do. That was very confusing and inconvenient. It would be nice to have some king of sign what we needed to do if there were no attendance to let us out of the parking when we had advance paid for the parking.

Easy and fast parking if you time the shuttle right.

Really inexpensive in a good area. Shuttle drivers are very helpful and the commute from the hotel to SNA is only about 7-8 minutes. Shuttle leaves the Hilton every 30 minutes on the dot. So easy!

Great experience; definitely will park there again!

We were not familiar with Orange Co. airport; therefore, we did not know where pickup would be upon our return. We called twice for directions and even had to ask a passerby. For those of us who are new and unfamiliar to this airport, directions/reminder would be helpful upon drop off at the airport. Shuttle driver gave great recommendation for nearby restaurant.

I had a family member pick me up and drop me off so I didn’t use the shuttle, but they made it so easy and secure.

Initially when I arrived for self parking I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go. I arrived at 5am so there was no one outside to ask. I called the hotel who confirmed that all I had to do was pull into the parking structure and pull a ticket. I would receive a second parking ticket from the valet upon my return. Once I figured that out everything else was very easy. All staff who I interacted with were friendly and helpful. My car seemed pretty secure. I would park here again.

This is a very good and consistent facility. While I would prefer the airport shuttles run more frequently (or even on demand via a phone call), they have not missed their schedule, which is every 30 minutes (00 and 30 for transport from the hotel to the airport, and 15 and 45 for shuttle from the airport to the hotel).

The staff was helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed and my rate was the same, so that was wonderful. The shuttle was right on time with no waiting. Excellent! Will definitely use again.

Our booking went off without a hitch. Self parked my car, placed pass on my dashboard. The shuttle bus driver Ken (Aziz) was courteous and friendly and really made our experience with Hilton of Orange/Costa Mesa a memorable one. Because of him and the valet staff I will choose this hotel and parking for my next trip.

When I returned from my trip, I printed my confirmation receipt, showed it to valet and they handed me a current parking pass.
Flying out of John Wayne airport SNA was a breeze and booking with parkon.com made it that much easier.
