Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa Reviews

5 Stars. I’ve been staying here nearly every week for well over a year now. It’s great. The parking is covered, there’s always space and the price is right. I read through some of the reviews to see what people were complaining about. A couple of reviewers moan about the distance they had to walk after baggage claim. Really? It’s the wingspan of a jet. You come outside, cross the arrivals pickup lanes and go to the hotel van pickup area. Every single hotel and bus must pickup here. You have to wonder if people do any exercise anymore.

The departure from the hotel is on the hour and 30 past. The airport pickup is at 15 and 45. The ride to and from the hotel is about 6-7 minutes. For this it cost you $7/day. The process is easy. You come into the parking garage and get a ticket at the gate. Just leave it in your car. When you return, you show your reservation to the vallet. He’ll then give you a green ticket. When you leave the parking garage you put in your original white ticket. It’ll show a crazy price owed. Then put in your green ticket, the gate opens and you’re on your way. This place is awesome.

Only drawback is the wait at the airport if your flight doesn't match up with their 30 minute pickups.

Location is great. Parking facility is clean and secure. Shuttle is always on time and staff is great. Have used your service several times and am very pleased.

This was our first time and we will definitely use them again, if the prices remain so reasonable and they are available.

The facility is easy to find, easy to get into and a breeze to find a parking place. We parked inside, near the entrance door to the lobby and a short walk to the front of the hotel and the courtesy van.

They leave on the hour and half hour and pickup on the quarter hour, so there's no mystery or excess wait time.

The people were all very nice and leaving the lot was so easy and fast that I was pleasantly surprised.

Overall, a very positive experience.

I had a good experience. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. Knowing when to expect the shuttle was helpful in planning and it is less than 10 minutes to the airport. They drop you off right at your airline. The price was great! The only thing that would help is better signs to let you know where the self park lot is and which way the exit is. I think we will use this facility again.

More frequent shuttles would be great for that special someone in my group that is always late. We had to take Lyft to airport.

It was everything we needed for leaving our car while we travelled. Convenient, good price, courteous, prompt pickup on our return.

One of the most helpful comments of our driver taking us to the airport was to go to where we could see the IHOP to find the shuttle back.

I realized a few days after making our reservation that I had set our end time with no extra in case of delay and was able to change it easily online with no penalty. We were very glad for that especially since our flight was delayed almost 2 hours.

I would definitely use this facilty again.

I like the service and the shuttle was on time. Easy in and out of the parking. Close to the airport. I already booked another Hilton SNA parking for my next trip. I recommend it.

There is a very minimal difference in the names of the Hilton locations near Orange County airport , maybe making a small change so it’s obvious which one is which. We accidentally parked at the wrong lot.
