I thought for the additional fee of having my car under what management told me would be a covered area, it would be stored in a covered garage, not a carport. I think the area where they store the cars could have been a little nicer. It was dusty and rocky.

We have been using Parking Club (King Parking) for over 4 years and always go back to them for consistent service, friendliness and promptness.

loved it. will recommend to others and continue to park here regularly after the great experience. I especially appreciate my car being ready with trunk open for bags and assistance loading. You guys are terrific.

Our first time using a hotelrelated parking structureservice and we were pleasantly surprised experience was as advertised and price was reasonable. Don't intend to use LAX operated economy parking ever again as our last experience was horrible with jampacked infrequent shuttles.

I was worried about the wait time but the actual wait time was less than 5 minutes for both ways. I will park with Airport Center again.

We always use parking club as the experience is always great. Timely, friendly, helpful.
