The whole experience was great. We waited no longer than 10 minutes to be taken to/from airport. Drivers were friendly and safe. It’s the third time we use this facility. My only advice would be to have more signs letting people know the bottom floors are not available for airport parking. Other than that, the facility works great. Thanks

loved it. will recommend to others and continue to park here regularly after the great experience. I especially appreciate my car being ready with trunk open for bags and assistance loading. You guys are terrific.

I’m deducting stars because the shuttles are less frequent than many other options. I haven’t had much trouble with long waits from the garage to the airport, but I recommend allowing plenty of time.

My Ford F-150 barely fit, and it’s standard with no lift kit. My antenna hit every low spot, so make sure your car isn’t too tall. I left it there for 20 days with no problems 👍. I got picked up right away, no complaints. I would use it again!

Our first time using a hotel-related parking structure/service and we were pleasantly surprised… experience was as advertised and price was reasonable. Don\'t intend to use LAX operated economy parking ever again as our last experience was horrible with jam-packed, infrequent shuttles.

I was worried about the wait time, but the actual wait time was less than 5 minutes for both ways. I will park with Airport Center again.
