The gate to the parking lot where you would get your ticket was non-operational, and we had to wait for an attendant to let us in. Other than that, it is an experience that can be repeated.

Everything always goes well and quickly. Staff is always courteous. I think it would be helpful to operate an additional shuttle - the wait time was an awful lot longer than usual. Okay!

Everything was great except the person who gave me my yellow ticket wrote down that I was returning the 25th of August, not the 29th as my reservation showed. Luckily I had my pdf on my computer's desktop, so was able to pull it out and show them. An honest mistake, but could have been a big hassle.

Good place to park overall. Check in was great - we pulled up and I let the other passengers out with the luggage and then pulled in to park as I had paid for self-park indoors. They directed me to park in the valet parking area which was only a few steps away from the front lobby of the hotel. The shuttle was waiting and off we went. The hotel couldn't be closer to the airport. The trip took literally 2 minutes and they dropped me right at the terminal. The whole thing took less time than parking in the garage in the airport and was half the price. Plus I didn't have to walk that long distance from the lot to my terminal.
On the way back, I was a little confused as to where to wait for the shuttle. The receipt clearly says to wait outside departures, but since there is not an official pickup area there, you just kind of have to be alert for the shuttle and flag it down. I called the hotel just to make sure where to stand and they told me to go to the middle lanes of traffic which turned out to be incorrect - you need to stand right outside departures, right where they dropped you off. I waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle overall which wasn't too bad. I went and got the car while my family got the luggage and then went back for them which worked out well. To get back to the airport from the Sheraton, just make a U-turn out of the lot and you're back at the airport immediately.
I wouldn't hesitate to park here again.
