Staff is always great and the location is perfect. The price simply blows away any of the on airport parking. Will continue to use every time we travel out of MIA.

The location was a bit difficult to find because the GPS system has not been updated with the employee parking lot closing off an access road to the hotel.Otherwise it's a terrific parking garage.

Great place and the shuttle service was outstanding! The only complaint that we had was having to drag our luggage up the stairs to the main building.

Everything went well until it was time to drive back to my home. Through an error on my part, l did not use the valet parking, and instead, self-parked. I notified the concierge before leaving for the airport, that l would need help getting out of the parking garage upon my return.
When l arrived back at the hotel early morning, l once again spoke to the concierge about getting through the exit gate. He suggested that l push the help button, once l arrived at the exit, and someone would arrive to let me out. I pushed the button and waited about 5 minutes, but no one came. I flagged down a hotel employee, who called someone else. By the time a person arrived yo open the gate, more than 10 minutes had passed, and there were 4 cars waiting behind me whose drivers were very annoyed. There was no room for me to move aside so that they could pass through.

I like this location the best! The outdoor parking lot was a concern because of the location by the road. Before COVID I used to park on the parking garage outdoor parking and I felt safer.

The only problem is that there is no sign orienting the parking customer. You have to guess that you have to get a ticket. When leaving the parking, you dont know how to get out. You have to call assistance to open the gate.
