The experience here was excellent. My car was ready and waiting when we got the the facility and all personnel were so friendly and professional.

Was very impressed overall with my experience with Smart Park. Keep up the good work!

Taking the Airtran with lots of luggages is almost impossible from this location due to a long walk to the Airtran stops. On my return to JFK, I called for a shuttle service, I waited more than 30 minutes at terminal 4 of AA and ended up taking a yellow cab that cost me $25 from the JFK terminal 4 to SmartPark, which was less than 5 miles. What a total ripoff that was!

What a well run operation and such friendly kind staff! Our flight was delayed until 3:00 am and shuttle was there within ten minutes.I highly recommend this parking lot.

They needed more people on-site for the intense traffic congestion on our return, but those people working were excellent and efficient.

Took a little longer for pick -up. I saw 3 shuttles from the Parking Spot come by in the same time the one shuttle came to get us from the pick-up area at JFK.

They are awesome, and customer friendly with a very friendly staff. I'll make sure I will used them again.

Great Experience - Made everything more pleasant. My car was waiting for me in a convienent location and all snow was cleared off of the car.

Good experience and I will utilize SmartPark again. Check in was quick and only waited 10 minutes for shuttle to airport. We got lucky at airport terminal and spotted a shuttle as we walked out and caught that one immediately. Check out at lot was quick and car was brought up within minutes.

Have used for 6 years and very satisfied.
