Great, easy experience.

Excellent service. All the staff is very professional.

Due to the blizzard I was delayed 3 days on returning. I emailed my new ETA, received a confirmation and all went smoothly.

Very professional! I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle pick-up and my car was ready to go when I arrived at the lot. Staff was courteous and efficient.

This is the second time we park with Smart Park and I have yet to complain about them. I am very happy to park my car with them.

They needed more people on-site for the intense traffic congestion on our return, but those people working were excellent and efficient.

Took a little longer for pick -up. I saw 3 shuttles from the Parking Spot come by in the same time the one shuttle came to get us from the pick-up area at JFK.

They are awesome, and customer friendly with a very friendly staff. I'll make sure I will used them again.

Great Experience - Made everything more pleasant. My car was waiting for me in a convienent location and all snow was cleared off of the car.
