Westin Los Angeles Airport Reviews

We have used Westin hotel parking many times. I prefer parking at the Westin vs any of the other parking facilities in the area. Very easy and safe.

The shuttle could run more frequently!

Very convenient airport parking. Staff was all friendly. Will park here again when needed.

The Westin parking is our go to destination for our car when we leave out of LAX. It is so convenient to the 405 freeway and we always feel like our car will be safe.

Parking is always clean and well lighted.

Staff was great. Shuttle to airport wait time was only 5-10 min. Wait time from airport to Westin wait was 40 min. Would like to request more frequent shuttle service, especially because ppl are tired from their travels.

Probably my best experience ever at LAX. Drop off took minutes and a shuttle was available every 15 minutes. When I returned the shuttle was available within a few minutes wait and my car was waiting for me. The valet brought it out well before the shuttle delivered us. Well done.

Great facility. Easy to park. The staff is super nice.Sometimes it seems like you have to wait a long time for the shuttles but I believe that it is related to the overall situation at the airport.

First time to use the Westin's parking since were are all 75 years old it was good as we were able to park on Level 1 which makes it easy to carry our luggages.The drivers both ways tofrom Westin to LAX were so helpful to loadunload our luggages at the rear storage of the shuttle.The only thing we think needs improvement is the wait times at LAX. Since we are at Terminals 7 8 the shuttle is already full by the time it reaches the terminal and had to wait for the next shuttle to arrive this added more time to wait.
