Westin Los Angeles Airport Reviews

The waiting for shuttle must improve. It was long both ways - taking us to airport and returning to the hotel. The shuttle for other companies came 2 - 3 times before our shuttle appeared once. That's not acceptable.

This is my second time using the Westin facility. It has worked well both times. No complaints!

Have parked here several times over the years, and it\'s generally been good. Wait times for the shuttle can vary a bit, but it\'s been reasonable, even during late night and/or holiday weekends. (This most recent time, the shuttle showed up at the pickup spot just as I was getting ready to call them, so it was like \"instantaneous\"! Can\'t say that it\'s like that every time!)\r\n\r\nI have an almost-completed \"frequent parker\" card at another facility at LAX, but they\'re service has been more spotty, so it may be a while before I get that final punch hole for my free parking over there, which is a good endorsement for \"105 Parking\", now also doing business as \"South Bay Airport Parking\".\r\n\r\nIt remains to be seen how things will sort out after the next LAX improvement comes on line, the people-mover train system, which is starting soon.

This is now my favorite place to park when flying out of LAX. I always do the covered valet parking option. Text them once I arrive with my parking ticket # and my car is awaiting me once I arrive at the hotel.

Overall a very good experience. When I parked at the hotel, the shuttle was just ready to leave. Coming back from my trip, I had to wait about 10 minutes for a shuttle, which is pretty much as good as it gets. I will probably use Westin LAX again.

Took 20 minutes to get a shuttle back. The Hilton had three buses round, Marriott had three buses, Econolodge even had two buses. Then the most beat up bus ever finally showed up. The driver was very sweet however.

Parking our car here was easy, convenient and quick. The man that parked retrieved our car was very nice and helpful. Best place to leave your car while on vacation. You don’t have to worry at all.

The only place we use for long term parking.

The price is great and it is easy to drop off and pick up our car!

Reservation online was very easy and quick. Westin location relatively close to airport and staff\'s very helpful. Would recommend cheapairportparking and the Westin lot.
