Parking spots are a little tight. Rest everything seems perfect.

I've been lucky in that I've always had a good experience parking at the Westin. Fast shuttle service. Easy in and out of the parking structure. The staff are professional and friendly.

Spent the night at the Westin as it is adjacent to their long-term parking. Hotel staff told me I would not need to relocate my vehicle to the long term lot after checking out after my stay. Did not wait long for shuttle to the airport in the morning or when I returned from my travels. Super convenient and very professional. I will definitely use this facility in the future when flying out of LAX.

Car was waiting on arrival shuttle was there as we walked out of the terminal! Impressive!

We recently parked our Range Rover at the Westin hotel while we were away on a business trip. I felt very comfortable knowing my car was safe and we were safe and so close buy. I highly recommend Westin LAX.

Wait time was 40 min on the way back to Westin from LAX. It was after 10 pm so it seemed like forever.

First arrival to drop car off was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. In return, waiting for shuttle at the airport was miserable. Six of us waiting and watching for shuttle. When I called I was told I had just missed one and another would be by in 15 minutes. Half hour later still no shuttle. Called again they said they would send one. Finally, shuttle appeared, driver was not friendly, appeared irritated. Granted traffic was miserable at the airport but isn't it always?
