The parking structure is actually on top of the DirecTV offices, so it felt like we were in the wrong place, even though the address was correct. The phone number on the email I got doesn\'t go through so I ended up Googling KILROY separately and got a hold of a person and just wanted to confirm I had parked in the right place, because I didn\'t want to return 10 days later and not have my car there. I never got a return call - and just crossed my fingers - and low and behold, my car was there upon return and I pressed the HELP button and gave the attendant my reservation number and was released - all good. So - I think communication regarding the parking structure location would be a big improvement."
