Renaissance Montura LAX Parking

Parking Lot Overview

The Renaissance Hotel LAX is the perfect hotel to leave your car while you are on vacation then come back and stay. It is a safe and secure parking facility at a very beautiful hotel. Customers who park here easily make this their new go-to when flying out of LAX. It is one of the nicer hotels in the area and feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. This location is less than two miles away from the LAX terminals and the hotel includes a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The parking options at the Renaissance are either self-parking or valet. In both instances, cars will be kept in a covered parking garage. The front desk and valet staff are very helpful and provide great service.

Renaissance LAX Parking requires that you print the reservation confirmation.

Enter the Renaissance Hotel parking garage (left side of the hotel), press the button and retrieve the ticket, and proceed to levels 2-4 for self-parking. (Parking in designated valet areas is not permitted and will be subject to additional fees). Take the garage elevator to level 1 and proceed to the front of the hotel. Airport shuttles pick up at the front hotel valet entrance.

To catch the shuttle back to the hotel, follow the instructions on the signs labeled “Hotel Shuttles”. There is a red tram sign on the Departure level where the shuttles pick up the off-site airport parking customers. You will then be issued a chaser ticket to use in addition to your white entrance ticket that will allow you to exit the parking facility.

Note: Hold on to the entrance ticket you receive when entering the garage. It will be used to exit the garage upon departure.

Reviews

  • "Overall good experience. Would be nice if they have more frequent shuttles for pick up at the airport arrival. That was the only bad experience."

  • "I left two car keys (one Toyota one bmw) in the valet desk, but I just got one key back. These two keys were in a same key chain and I don't know why they separated my key chain."

  • "Location is great. Staff was friendly. But wait time for shuttle was TERRIBLE!!! It was not a problem from the hotel to LAX but on the way back. I waited for 45 mins but still no shuttle came. After all I took the Budget Rental's shuttle and walked to the hotel. I might not use it again."

    Julie - Los Angeles

  • "Easy in and out. Covered parking very safe great service to and from parking lot to the airport. Will recommend to all the friends and neighbors."

  • "One star because of wait time for the shuttle. I have used this facility at least 14 times since 2010. This is the first time I had to wait 51 minutes for shuttle pick up from the Bradley Terminal. Incident date: Sunday, 11 Dec. Was out in the red wait zone by 9:09 PM. I called hotel 2x (9:30 PM and 9:47 PM). Both times I was told that the shuttle would be arriving shortly. Pick up time finally at 10 PM. Renaissance driver explained that after 9 PM he does the sweep pick up for Four Seasons and Marriott. While waiting (after 9:12 PM) - the Marriott shuttle made 3 rounds around Bradley - and EMPTY. The Four Season shuttle made 2 rounds - had some passengers. Question (which I asked the Renaissance driver): Why doesn't Marriott and Four Season shuttle also do sweep pick up for Renaissance? Why ONLY Renaissance sweep pick up BUT not the other way around? Renaissance driver was polite, helpful and apologetic. Still there has to be a better system rather than wait 51 minutes for pick up (esp since the website says: shuttle times every 15 minutes). Also: Marriott and Four Seasons should sweep pick up for Renaissance after 9 PM."

  • "Everything was easy. Luckily there were many spaces available as the spaces are very tight even for my Ford Fusion that I had to park a little over on the next space."

  • "Forgot which shuttle color to use. Paid for other shuttle. Your shuttle was ahead of us. Kevin the valet captain was very helpful on arrival and retrieval of my car. We plan to stay at the hotel next trip."

    Cynthia Beza - California

  • "Friendly people, secure location, and super close to LAX. Shuttle was quick and I couldn't be happier with the service. It made getting to an early international flight stress-free, and gave peace of mind to leaving our car behind. Some of the parking spots are a bit small, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

Cory Bennett - San Diego, Ca

  • "It was an okay indoor self-parking experience. Easy to find a parking spot, nice ambiance in the hotel. Waited about 15 minutes for a shuttle to the airport (not bad!) Had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle after I landed and was not able to locate a number to call for a shuttle. I was not sure where to pay and learned the hard way after waiting in a random line inside. Pay at the valet stand! Easy exit and access to Century Blvd to get the the freeway."

    Katie - Orange County

  • "Waited 35 minutes for shuttle pick up at the terminal and I texted my vehicle claim number 30 min before getting to lot and my car was not even retrieved."
