Parking Lot Overview
The Renaissance Hotel LAX offers secure and convenient parking options perfect for travelers. You can choose between self-parking and valet parking in our covered parking garage. Customers who park here often make this their go-to spot when flying out of LAX, enjoying the safety and security offered by the facility. The Renaissance Hotel feels more like a resort than an airport hotel, providing a luxurious start to your journey. Located less than two miles from the LAX terminals, the hotel provides a complimentary and courteous shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with pickups at the main entrance in our hotel lobby and drop-offs on the upper departure level of LAX, near every terminal. The parking garage entrance is along 98th Street (left side of the hotel). Press the button, retrieve your ticket, and proceed to levels 2-4 for self-parking. (Parking in designated valet areas is not permitted and will be subject to additional fees.) Take the garage elevator to level 1 and proceed to the main entrance for airport shuttle pickup. Our shuttles are white with Marriott and Renaissance logos, and pickup and drop off guests on the upper departure level of LAX, near the red signs labeled “Hotel Shuttles”.
Please hold on to the entrance ticket you receive when entering the garage. It will be used to exit the garage upon departure.

"One star because of wait time for the shuttle. I have used this facility at least 14 times since 2010. This is the first time I had to wait 51 minutes for shuttle pick up from the Bradley Terminal. Incident date: Sunday, 11 Dec. Was out in the red wait zone by 9:09 PM. I called hotel 2x (9:30 PM and 9:47 PM). Both times I was told that the shuttle would be arriving shortly. Pick up time finally at 10 PM. Renaissance driver explained that after 9 PM he does the sweep pick up for Four Seasons and Marriott. While waiting (after 9:12 PM) - the Marriott shuttle made 3 rounds around Bradley - and EMPTY. The Four Season shuttle made 2 rounds - had some passengers. Question (which I asked the Renaissance driver): Why doesn't Marriott and Four Season shuttle also do sweep pick up for Renaissance? Why ONLY Renaissance sweep pick up BUT not the other way around? Renaissance driver was polite, helpful and apologetic. Still there has to be a better system rather than wait 51 minutes for pick up (esp since the website says: shuttle times every 15 minutes). Also: Marriott and Four Seasons should sweep pick up for Renaissance after 9 PM."

"I\'ve been parking at the Renaissance LAX Parking for the last couple of years for vacation travel out of LAX. Sometimes, I\'ll stay the night (for an early AM departure) and use the Park and Fly package. I\'ve never had any issue and it\'s always been easy to drop off and pick up my car. The lot is well-lit, clean and secure, but the stalls can be quite tight. I drive a Toyota Camry and don\'t have any problems fitting, but if you drive a large SUV or pick up truck, it will be very tight. Shuttle wait times are decent - never waited more that 20-25 mins and the drivers are always friendly and helpful. Will continue to use Renaissance Hotel for parking in the several trips coming up in the future. Excellent location and reasonable prices!"

Had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle after I landed and was not able to locate a number to call for a shuttle. I was not sure where to pay and learned the hard way after waiting in a random line inside. Pay at the valet stand! Easy exit and access to Century Blvd to get the the freeway."
