This location is easily accessible from the freeway and close to the airport. Shuttle service is reliable and the wait is usually 15 minutes or less. Pricing is competitive if booked online in advance. Have used this facility at least a dozen times over the last few years.

I was 22 minutes early and 2 hours late and was charged almost 23 dollars to be allowed to leave!!Dark smelly facility NO restrooms!!!Bad experience.

Keep a copy of your code handy for when you leave the parking structure. Attendant was helpful to check out and in facility. Shuttle times were good. Happy everything worked out.

Wish there were more vans so pickups are faster and a loyalty program for those of who park there all the time!

Our driver taking us back to pick up our car at the parking garage, was the nicest, friendliest driver, ever. She was so pleasant and I told her so. Some times, a job is a job but she went out of her way to "welcome" us home. Lovely woman!! And - she had to work on Mother's Day!!

convenient. nice price. easy to park and go. BUT the shuttle driver was way to sassy to customers were a little unclear on how things worked and politely asked for information. i've seen this particular driver do this before on other occasions, never directly to me, but to other people with the audacity to have a question or hesitate when making sure they're doing things right. all the other drivers are great.... but that one woman is loud, unnecessarily aggressive, rude and just not "a people person".

The Shuttle driver missed me and I had to wait about 30 mins before the van came around again. I prefer no more than a 10-15 min wait. It's not fun to be single and waiting to be picked up at LAX.

Waited no more than 5 minutes for the bus on our departure day and arrival day.

Shuttle time a little long. But thats why u have good prices.

Had a great experience. Will park there again if I go to LAX.
