I have parked here many times. Close to airport.

Double parking is an issue and can take a long time for action, especially after a long flight and can be very frustrating.

The one time i had to use the stairs and they were not clean. Soiled and dirty. Elevators could do with some renovation and up to date functionality.

Attendants have always been polite and helpful, so also the shuttle drivers. Thank you. I will continue to use 405 parking.

Highly recommended, the best way to park when flying out of LAX.

My oversized vehicle was over the height requirement for the location, but the staff was very accommodating to move me across the street to have easier access. This was the second time I used 405 parking, and will continue to use them for my future plans.

Really close to LAX. I think there was only one person working the shuttle, but we did not have an issue getting to the airport or getting back 2 weeks later. I would stay here again.

Don't blink or you will miss it. Signage is small. Fast shuttles no complaints.

Best decision I could have made for starting and ending a vacation right.

This is a great place to park your car when going to LAX. We have left our car here for years and find it affordable and convenient.

Getting in and to the airport was no issue. The parking garage is easy to maneuver and get in to. However getting back to it after a flight is where the issues begin. Their shuttles do take quite a while to get to you. Add in the phone service both texting and calling not being responded to when used and you are left in the dark for quite awhile. The driver was nice and helpful once he arrived though. The facilities elevators are not that great. I was stuck between the 45 floor for a couple minutes until it responded to me going to the third and using the stairs to get up. There is also no reliable security guard on premises. As I was exiting the arm to let me out opened but the security gate remained closed. I along with a few other guests had to push the gate open to exit. Its good if in a pinch but not reliable.

Indoor self parking is great with sufficient lighting. Parking lot looks clean and it is secured. Wait time for shuttle is great when we arrived and about 15 mins wait from airport, which is not too bad. Driver is very helpful, but the shuttle itself can have some improvement on more comfortable seatings. Remember to keep the parking ticket from the gate. It is needed to leave the parking lot to avoid lost ticket fee.

The location may be farther away than most other lots but price was favorable and the 4 star review ratings. The lot gets pretty packed but overall Ive never had a problem getting a spot or getting out without incident. Most of the shuttle drivers are friendly helpful and have a sense of humor. The last time there was a driver that was at the end of his shift and had to go to another job but because we would have to wait longer for the next shuttle he went ahead and drove us to the airport. He went above and beyond to satisfy the patrons. The only disappointment was I had to pay an extra 10 because I came in an hour before my parking reservation time even though I arrived two hours before the reservation time ended. I asked for leniency but they told me I had to pay. Thats why I gave a three star.
