Awesome parking facility

The 405 lot is several miles from LAX but we had speedy shuttle service to and from, about three minute wait to be dropped off and picked up upon our return within five minutes. The drivers were friendly and helpful. The structure is covered, seems to be fairly secure and we would use this facility again.

I had a great experience this time. I was worried that there would not be a spot for me because it was the middle of the day, but I found a spot. Great parking experience.

This was the first time we had used 405 parking. We have probably used at least 10 others over the years. This location was easy to find right off the Century Blvd. S/B off ramp to to the 405 freeway. It was easy to get into and find a parking spot on the 5th floor (first floor the public can park on). We got on a shuttle right away going to the airport. On the way back, it was a 15 minute wait. Shuttle was clean and the driver was nice and helped us with our bags. We had prepaid, so leaving the lot only took a minute. From there, it was very easy to get right back on the 405 freeway.

Definitely one of my better parking experiences going in and out of LAX. Service is consistent and facility is in a convenient location. Haven't had to wait long for shuttles either to or from the airport. Drivers and staff are friendly. Definitely going to park here again.

As a frequent flyer, I often use this airport but can not help but compliant about the one and only issue I have and that is the wait time. I can not understand for the life of me why it takes so long for someone to pick us up. Shuttle after shuttle for other companies come by but 405 is by far the slowest.

Normally I can look past the wait time since, I'm never in a rush but this particular time my flight experience was poor and I was exhausted. We waited for almost 30 mins for a shuttle to pick us up and I was not happy about that.

The driver was very courteous and helpful but that wait just drove me nuts. I will give another company a try and see how it goes.

It was a good experience. They don't have many shuttles so the wait times are longer than with the other lots. When we were departing the shuttle came to the parking structure but just parked and waited on the side. Thought that shuttle wasn't working but when another party came to wait it started it's engine and came to pick us up. Thought that was weird. Maybe the driver was on his break? Luckily we were early for our flight so didn't bother us much. Only real complaint was that they kept asking for a QR code to scan since I already prepaid for the parking. However website didn't provide such thing. Luckily when I was leaving there was a man in the ticket booth to whom I can hand my rsvp paper printout to or else who knows how else I couldve left.

Parking is only available past the 5th floor and parking spots are small. Once I got back I had to call 4 times and waited an hour before the shuttle came to pick us up. After the driver picked us up we made a stop at the holiday inn and the driver decided to have a little chat with the attendant at the hotel. Every time I would call to get an update on where the shuttle is the staff was rude and kept saying the shuttle will be there in a few mins and that they only had one driver. In the mean time we saw shuttles for Joes parking, Quikpark and 105 parking pass us by at least 3 times. I would not park here again!!

Excellent Service!!! Very easy to use and very affordable and convenient. I will definitely recommend this service. We left our car in the structure for 10 days.

Terrible experience. I waited 30 mins for a ride to the airport and well over an hour in the cold to be picked up from the airport. Definitely will not be returning to this airport parking. This was proof that cheaper is not always better.
