The facility is very clean. No wait time for shuttle. Quick and easy. One less thing to worry about.

I like that the parking is right next to the freeway, so I can get on it right away. Last couple of times I had to wait more than 20 minutes to be picked up. Drivers are very courteous and helpful.

The only complaint we have is one that will stop us from recommending this place or using it again. It has to do with being charged for being 1 hour early when we dropped off the car and then for being 4 minutes late when picking it up.For the first charge we had reserved from 7 pm of one day to 10 pm of another day two weeks later. From 7 pm to 10 pm we were charged one extra day yet when dropping off the car one hour early we had to pay for that hour of come back later.At the time of picking up the car we were 4 minutes late having been on the queue for about 7 minutes while the car in front of us did their business. Again though we paid for an extra day for 3 hours we were charged for the 4 minutes we were late at the booth. This in our opinion is not a good business practice. As stated above we will not recommend or use this place again.

Highly recommend 405. Everything was very easy and quick and service and staff were excellent.

Female shuttle driver picking us up from LAX was charming and friendly. Shuttle was quite full. Perhaps you need a couple more vans running.

Was made to park parallel to and close to the outer wall rather than in an actual parking spot.

25 - 30 minutes shuttle wait time is unacceptable. Plus, sometimes, not stopping to pickup arrival passengers, the wait is even longer.

Stay away from this place. The pick up shuttle is horrible. I waited for about 40 minutes and finally the van showed up. However, there was no more room to get in. The lady in the van said, I have to wait for the next shuttle and closed the door on me. I waited for another 50 minutes and no van. I was so desperate and tired that I ended up getting a taxi to the facility. When I arrived at the parking booth, I told the lady about my situation and she said told me "not my problem." I will never recommend this place. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else...

Great service and quick check in and out. Will use next time I need to park for travel for sure.

Our shuttle bus arrived soon after we parked and also within about 5 minutes of when we arrived at the pick-up point.
