FOX Auto Parks Reviews

There is a chip in my windshield from the outdoor valet at Fox. It is not normal wear and tear to park your car for 5 days and return to damaged windshield. I usually don\'t trust reviews since everyone has different experiences, but it\'s not worth the damage to your car to go to Fox.\r\n\r\nCustomer service, employees and shuttles were not impressive.

Your late PM office help named Anthony saved my vacation and got me squared away in a critical time crunch.

Once we got back to the FOX facility to pick up our car, the guy behind the counter said that I had never parked my car there. Then we said that I never used the voucher and that my car wasn't there. He said that I was wrong even though I showed him my car's location via my phone. Finally, someone else came out and told him my car was there.

Appreciate FOX Parking employees, they are very professional.

I have been parking at this location for a number of years and will continue to park here as long as the service and rates are good.

Not my first time using this lot, and most likely not my last. Car sits outdoors so it gets a bit dusty, but overall good, courteous service, and their prices usually beat everyone else's.

Very convenient location and staff was great. Will definitely use this location again.

Ive been to this parking space 23 times in the last year.

Overall: excellent.

Personnel: Nice. Nothing to brag about though.
Distance from airport: 8 minutes, very quick.
Price: The best on the market.

This was a very smooth process went exactly as stated online. I'd recommend it and will be using FOX again when traveling out of LAX.
