Just don't be in a hurry here. I waited 25 mins to catch the shuttle to get to the terminal, almost resulted in calling Uber. Upon my return, I along with 5 or 6 other couples, waiting over one hour for a shuttle to pick us up at Terminal 6. They don't have enough shuttles or drivers working during peak times.

I've never done LAX parking before, but FOX was amazing compared to doing a shuttle from home. Cheaper, faster and so convenient!

Waited almost an hour for the shuttle at LAX, had to call the office and they could not give me a time for when the shuttle would be arriving. Almost called an Uber just to get back to my car.

I will definitely use this service again. The driver that picked us up at the airport was a little pushy. But overall, me and sisters were very satisfied. Thank you very much

Better price and safe spot near the airport. You can jump in FOX Rent a Car shuttle and claim you are going to FOX parking. Approx. 5min from LAX. Staff is not the best but nice enough.

Except for wait time to be picked up at airport, rest all was good.

There was one driver that didn\'t get out of the bus to help us with the luggage. Everything else was fine.

After my flight got cancelled, these guys were super courteous and didn\'t charge me hardly anything. Also was very satisfied with how fast their shuttle arrived. Will very likely try them again for future travel.
