Waited almost an hour for the shuttle at LAX, had to call the office and they could not give me a time for when the shuttle would be arriving. Almost called an Uber just to get back to my car.

I will definitely use this service again. The driver that picked us up at the airport was a little pushy. But overall, me and sisters were very satisfied. Thank you very much

Better price and safe spot near the airport. You can jump in FOX Rent a Car shuttle and claim you are going to FOX parking. Approx. 5min from LAX. Staff is not the best but nice enough.

Except for wait time to be picked up at airport, rest all was good.

There was one driver that didn't get out of the bus to help us with the luggage. Everything else was fine.

After my flight got cancelled these guys were super courteous and didn't charge me hardly anything. Also was very satisfied with how fast their shuttle arrived. Will very likely try them again for future travel.

I arrived at 4 a.m. and the store was not open yet, a few minutes later they opened up. I waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. On the way back from my trip I also waited about 10 minutes to be picked up. When my car pulled up I noticed it had a scrape on the rear bumper and I immediately reported it, a few days later I received a call that they would not be liable for the damages. Not the type of response I was expecting.
