Service was very very bad. Personnel was rude and annoyed that we booked using a third-party website. They made us wait in an empty lobby to check us in bc the guy was having a personal conversation with another staff member. When we returned, the shuttle took more than 50 minutes to pick us up (when it was supposed to be running every 15 minutes). The VERY rude staff blamed traffic. The bad attitudes and wait times make this the worst parking I have experienced. My suggestion... DO NOT PARK HERE

When got to the airport and sent text that we were there - waited 20 minutes then tried to call. Couldn\'t get a live person on the phone (though they assured me there was an option on the menu). Texted again it was 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle and others said they had been waiting longer. Won\'t use them again.

The staff was good, the pick up and drop off where quick. We plan to use them again. Price was great.

I hate driving around LAX. Thanks for being fast and affordable.

I had a great experience ...shuttle pick up was on time during departure and arrival of my trip. My vehicle was ready upon pick up and can't beat the PRICE ! I will most definitely book again at this location.

Great smooth process. We didn't have to wait at all at the airport and the price is hard to beat for the service that you get! Overall a great experience.

I started using this lot a little over a year ago. I used to prefer parking at WallyPark or The Parking Spot. Im glad I switched! Great price and location. I now use them for all my LAX travel. Great experience so far!

Pretty easy to get to. Clean inside, super easy process. I will probably park here everytime I travel out of LAX.

I never have ANY real problems when I park here. Sometimes the shuttle guy doesn't get out when I am boarding at airport to help me with my bags but I adjust tip accordingly. I never have had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle on either end and they always have my car ready. Occasionally I wait 5 or 10 minutes to pay if other people in front of me but overall this is the best value at LAX.
