JFK is a mess. This facility is a great option to trying to navigate around the airport on your own. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad we took advantage of this parking facility and suggest others consider it when traveling.

JFK was bats when we landed people quadruple stacked at the curb. Tried 4 times to call for the shuttle but they didnt answer the phone. Finally figured out to select 0 rather than 1 to get through to the dispatcher who then put me on hold! This is the one downside to the whole experience. While on hold I saw the shuttle at the curb. Jumped on with the friendly driver who got us to the parking lot pretty quick. Except for maybe needing some more staff on the phone all the employees are fantastic the parking is close and our car came back the way we left it.

Easy to get to off the Belt Pkway., check-in was 5 minutes or less and we were on the way to the terminal in 10 minutes. Pickup after landing happened in 10 minutes, and the check-out was about 5 minutes, with my car waiting for me right in front. The cost is very competitive.

I thought they did a great job. We got in and out very fast and efficiently and our car was right there waiting for us when we returned from our family vacation. I would use them again. Very convenient for folks flying out of JFK from CT. This really allows us to get cheaper air fares than flying out of Bradley without too much inconvenience.

Excellent location--just off the highway. Courteous, friendly and efficient staff. Good value and very reassuring security. The best part was having the car ready and waiting at the entrance when I got back from the airport. Wonderful job, you guys!

My family recently parked at JFK Long Term Parking for seven days. We had a great experience. We have never used this facility before, however, we now have an infant with us and enjoyed the idea of having the car warmed up and ready to go after our trip. We easily found the location, dropped the car off and got on the shuttle within ten minutes of arrival.

When we returned to JFK after our trip, I called the lot and the friendly staff informed me of where the shuttle would be waiting. The shuttle was there and waiting exactly where they said it would be. Upon getting to the lot our car was uncovered from possible snow fall and parked in front, set to perfect temperature as it has been in single digits this time of year. We were able to get on the road within five minutes of returning to the lot for a comfortable drive home. Thank you JFK Long Term Parking , we will use you again for our next trip!

Great experience! Quick, efficient service both at drop off and return. Arrived back in snowstorm, and car was waiting warmed up and cleaned off!

This is the first time I've ever parked my car at an airport parking lot like this and I have to say everything from the price the location the staff and facilities were excellent. I will definitely be parking here again and I will be recommending it to others as well.
