JFK Long Term Parking Reviews

My family recently parked at JFK Long Term Parking for seven days. We had a great experience. We have never used this facility before, however, we now have an infant with us and enjoyed the idea of having the car warmed up and ready to go after our trip. We easily found the location, dropped the car off and got on the shuttle within ten minutes of arrival.

When we returned to JFK after our trip, I called the lot and the friendly staff informed me of where the shuttle would be waiting. The shuttle was there and waiting exactly where they said it would be. Upon getting to the lot our car was uncovered from possible snow fall and parked in front, set to perfect temperature as it has been in single digits this time of year. We were able to get on the road within five minutes of returning to the lot for a comfortable drive home. Thank you JFK Long Term Parking , we will use you again for our next trip!

Great experience! Quick, efficient service both at drop off and return. Arrived back in snowstorm, and car was waiting warmed up and cleaned off!

Quick in, quick out. I don't think I ever had a more efficient parking/shuttle experience.

No problems service went easy......… Thanks.

Fast, professional check in...shuttle was available immediately...staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this parking facility again. Also, the price was awesome. It's so nice to go on vacation and not worry about your vehicle.

My only suggestion would be to get the shocks on the shuttles looked at. We felt every bump to the max on our way to the airport. Perhaps it's time for new parts.

Easy to get to off the Belt Pkway., check-in was 5 minutes or less and we were on the way to the terminal in 10 minutes. Pickup after landing happened in 10 minutes, and the check-out was about 5 minutes, with my car waiting for me right in front. The cost is very competitive.

Excellent location--just off the highway. Courteous, friendly and efficient staff. Good value and very reassuring security. The best part was having the car ready and waiting at the entrance when I got back from the airport. Wonderful job, you guys!

I thought they did a great job. We got in and out very fast and efficiently and our car was right there waiting for us when we returned from our family vacation. I would use them again. Very convenient for folks flying out of JFK from CT. This really allows us to get cheaper air fares than flying out of Bradley without too much inconvenience.
