Waited less than 2 minutes for a shuttle. And the front desk people were super friendly.

I appreciated the short wait time upon my arrival at LAX. Returning to the shuttle garage took longer than I would have liked. The driver was very courteous.

I parked here during a Thanksgiving trip and had a downright miserable experience. I mean, awful. An hour wait for the shuttle at LAX (after it drove by us FOUR TIMES) and another 35 minutes in line at the facility. But because I had two decent experiences before that, I decided to give Joe's another shot.

This time, they were better. I've always -- ALWAYS -- been impressed by the prompt and courteous service demonstrated by the valets. Especially in today's world filled with less-than-impressive service, I'm curious where Joe's finds these ladies and gentlemen -- it must be a magical land!

The shuttle driver to LAX provided ZERO help with baggage -- and thus, received no gratuity. The driver on the way back was a friendly, spunky lady who insisted on helping everyone with their bags and could probably powerlift an aircraft carrier while standing on her head. My car was ready upon arrival, smiles greeted me (and it was a long trip -- I needed some smiles), and checkout was a breeze.

Joe's has won be back.

Little to no wait time, great job!

My experience was a good one except for when I pulled up to the Valet. There was five workers standing around and I had to get out of my car to have someone answer my questions. I did not have to wait for a shuttle when leaving. When I returned, I called and a shuttle was there within 5 minutes. I was impressed. I will use this service again now that I know their program.

This was the first (won't be the last) time I used Joe's. The facility was clean and the staff was professional.

On my return, the shuttle was there within 5 minutes and the driver was apologetic, because of traffic and construction at LAX… Everyone (except one) completly understood, but it showed a level of professionalism I haven't seen in any other shuttle service, I've used.

The staff at point of payment was also extremely professional and personable, interacting with each customer.

Superb staff, convenient location, great price for long term parking. Would definitely use again. Duration over all days, car was in good shape with no noticeable damage.

We use Joe\'s Airport Parking every time we travel in and out of LAX. So easy!

I had a problem exiting the parking structure. When scanning the code given to me by the attendant, the scanner would not accept it. The message given was that the code had been previously used. I had to park my truck back up on level 4, go back to the attendant to get a useable code, return to my truck and exit the structure. It was a little frustrating but the attendant was very apologetic and I accepted his apology without discussion. This is why I gave them a 4 for Wait time.
