Easy as can be and the shuttle was right there when I got out of baggage claim. Win win win.

Parking facility is functional as intended, shuttle was a bit crowded / rough driving and the driver did not want to stop at my terminal for pickup. Additionally, using a pre-paid reservation with Joe's requires you to stop into the office before retrieving your vehicle for a QR code to scan to validate your departure - this was not noted in the reservation and would be easier if we were provided those codes in advance.

Great location and rate. Shuttle wait was minimal. I will park here again.

I chose this company over the one I have been using because they said the wait time was less. However, we waited for the shuttle from the terminal for 15 minutes even though they said it would be 5-10. Nevertheless, I will continue to use Joe's. My car was ready when I got there and the ladies in the office were efficient and professional.

First time parking here and I will use Joe's Parking again. It was little challenging to find it, mainly because it was my first time. But, the people working there are FANTASTIC. The shuttle service was prompt going to LAX and returning. Everyone was smiling and ready to help you. Keep up the good work.
