Marriott LAX Parking Reviews

We had to wait for over 25 minutes and call the office to inquire about the shuttle. Meanwhile there were many other hotel shuttles that passed by several times. Once I called the office to inform them that we were all waiting an empty shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. Marriott's location is convenient and your office personal are very professional.

Everything was great, except I paid for my car to be garaged and it was filthy when we picked it up, so it was definitely left outside the week we we left it there - so we are disappointed with that. Otherwise, eveything else was great.

I've tried several lots but this location has been my best experience. Only a little confused with the Shuttle as there are 3 Marriott's and two different Shuttles. I missed the one so I needed and flagged down the wrong one. My fault but confusing and I wasn't the only one. But I'm using them on the next trip!

Everything was fine except the scanner sometimes is not working and someone from the front has to come and open the entrance. Also at the exit I had the same problem. I was trying to scan to open the exit and istead there was a noticed that I had to insert my credit card to pay the balance of my parking. Finally I was able to get out. This was the only inconvenience. I park here for two times already and had the same problem.

This is the first time I have used the Marriott LAX Parking and I was extremely satisfied. The reservation online with credit card was easy to do. The close proximity to LAX was a big plus and the lot seemed secure. The wait time for both shuttles was less than 20 minutes and the drivers were very courteous and knowledgeable about the terminals. I will definitely use the LAX Marriott parking again in the future.The only problem I had was when exiting the lot. The machine didn't seem to read my QR Code at first. I tried to call using the phone but no one picked up. By that time the machine recognized my credit card or my QR code so it worked out.

Very close to airport shuttle wait time is reasonable drivers are very professional. Parking is outdoor so you feel less secure no visible cameras and generally not in site of staff view. Was going to be charged an extra 55 dollars at check out versus prepaid even though time was less. Apparently dont use the QR scan on entrance got a ticket. None the less they did let me out without debate. Overall great.

Your staff did a great job. It made my vacation that much more enjoyable. I tell all my friends about your excellent service.

Good place to park, close to the airport. A little overpriced but, aren't they all?
