Marriott LAX Parking Reviews

Safe and close location. All staff is friendly and courteous. My shuttle to the airport left within minutes of me dropping off my car, but on the return my wait was longer. 20 minutes to be picked up from the airport, and 15 minutes for my car to be retrieved. Still, a great place to park and I will go there again.

I did not use the valet parking, i was reading other reviews about the wait time.
I just parked the car on the lot, it's close to the shuttle service, and I did not have to wait at all.

Everything was great. The only problem I had was when I returned I was looking for the shuttle pickup on the Departure level of LAX. After about 20 minutes, I called the service and they reported pickup was on the Arrival level. Once I moved all my luggage to the top level, the shuttle was just pulling up. Something I'll keep in mind the next time I fly.

Very satisfied with parking experience. I recommend the valet service, made everything so easy. Staff helped with luggage. Shuttle was clean. Driver courteous. Good location close to LAX. I will park here again.

All staff was kind and very helpful, especially shuttle driver. Price is reasonable too, I will use Marriott LAX Parking again next business trip.

I vallet and waiting time getting my car was too long almost 1/2 hour. Not acceptable.
