Marriott LAX Parking Reviews

Waited a long time for a bus and ticket did not have a phone number to send text message to have car waiting for me as previous experiences.

It cost me more than I wanted to pay but Marriott came through nicely.

It's hard to find a parking space at this location. Many cars made their own parking spots. The place looks as if it was oversold. Shuttle was convenient and came pretty quickly after arriving back to airport. If it wasn't for the lack of parking spaces, this location is convenient.

This lot is very close to the airport, and a shuttle runs every 20 minutes, per information booth. I did do the cheaper outdoor parking, and it is difficult to find a spot because so many people park here (both airport parking and for the hotel). Even though I came in early by an hour and left an hour later, I wasn't charged extra. The staff was very nice and courteous, and I would definitely park with Marriott LAX again.

My 4 stars on faculty is relative to the Marriott parking facility. There is no elevator from the parking garage and at my advanced age it is a struggle to get from the garage to the shuttle stop. However when we returned from our trip the attendant took is to our car with a golf cart. I didn't get his name but a 10 would be more appropriate. I will park there again.

More security in garage area would be nice. It would be helpful if there was an elevator from the parking garage to the shuttle pick up point but once you know there is no elevator you drop your bags before you park.

This is my go-to place to park. Have parked here many times over the last several years.

It was pretty simple and easy and the location is great.

Safe and close location. All staff is friendly and courteous. My shuttle to the airport left within minutes of me dropping off my car, but on the return my wait was longer. 20 minutes to be picked up from the airport, and 15 minutes for my car to be retrieved. Still, a great place to park and I will go there again.

I did not use the valet parking, i was reading other reviews about the wait time.
I just parked the car on the lot, it's close to the shuttle service, and I did not have to wait at all.
