Shuttle was there when I dropped off my car. On my return the shuttle was quick to arrive. I did valet and my car was there and ready to go as soon as I got off the shuttle. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely park here again!!

WOW... i am super impressed with their service.

Let me start off with drop off. You drive to their parking facility, get a ticket on your way in. No need to pay, just park your car and hop into a shuttle to your terminal. For those that complaint about longer than usual wait time, if your flight is between normal business hours of 7am-10pm, i think you should be fine with 10-15min wait time.

Upon return, my wait for their shuttle at the rental car area. I waited about 5 min and saw one of their shuttles. Hop on, back to the facility, head over to customer service, show them my print out and ticket. They gave me another ticket with validation and my original ticket and marked #1 and #2. Go back to your car, head down to exit and insert #1, then #2, and DONE. That way easy and care free. love it.

Their facility is well lit, much better than the airport parking structure. I have not parked in other facility before, but i would definitely come back to them if i ever need to use airport parking again.

I always park here when available. I have tried others along the same road and this is by far the more efficient parking structure and the cost is great too.

I was gone for over two weeks and when I got back to my car the battery was dead. The staff didn't hesitate in helping me. They connected my car battery to their charging cart and in a few minutes I was on my way. I really appreciate the service and friendly staff. After a long trip away from home for business the last thing I wanted to deal with was a dead battery. Thanks for making my parking experience a great one.

I have used QuikPark facility the last 5 times I have traveled out of LAX in the last few months. The location is well lit and secure. The staff and shuttle drivers are great. I will continue to use QuikPark when flying out of LAX.

Second time here- good stuff! The only keeps me from a 5 star review is that the shuttle driver taking us to LAX was not loud or clear enough in speaking, so he came across as less helpful. Shuttle driver last time was awesome!

The location is great. They have so many shuttles, that you are never waiting too long. You drive in get a ticket then park your car and pay when you pick up, I reserved online printed my receipt and when I went to pick up my car just showed customer service the receipt they handed me a validated ticket that let me out. I'm not a talkative person so it was nice to be in and out. I reccomend reserving online it's cheaper then paying in person.

Convenient location. Helpful driver. Brief wait times for shuttle. Could not find covered parking and was not the cheapest by any means, but service and wait times were very good.

I've used this parking structure at least 6 times now and I keep coming back because they are great. Location and shuttle make your travel fast and efficient. Shuttle drivers are super helpful and friendly. Shuttles are comfortable. Structure is safe and covered from the elements. My only negative is the girls in the office, that give you your ticket, are ALWAYS in a bad mood. Never in my life have I seen a smile or a returned hello.
