Second time here- good stuff! The only keeps me from a 5 star review is that the shuttle driver taking us to LAX was not loud or clear enough in speaking, so he came across as less helpful. Shuttle driver last time was awesome!

The location is great. They have so many shuttles, that you are never waiting too long. You drive in get a ticket then park your car and pay when you pick up, I reserved online printed my receipt and when I went to pick up my car just showed customer service the receipt they handed me a validated ticket that let me out. I'm not a talkative person so it was nice to be in and out. I reccomend reserving online it's cheaper then paying in person.

I've used this parking structure at least 6 times now and I keep coming back because they are great. Location and shuttle make your travel fast and efficient. Shuttle drivers are super helpful and friendly. Shuttles are comfortable. Structure is safe and covered from the elements. My only negative is the girls in the office, that give you your ticket, are ALWAYS in a bad mood. Never in my life have I seen a smile or a returned hello.

Convenient location. Helpful driver. Brief wait times for shuttle. Could not find covered parking and was not the cheapest by any means, but service and wait times were very good.

I will definitely use QuikPark LAX on my next trip. The parking lot is very close to the airport, we arrived in plenty of time to check in and relax. The reps gave me good instructions on what my husband and I needed to do once we arrived back from our trip. We were picked up within 5 minutes. It was wonderful not having to wait after a long plane trip. Great experience! We'll recommend to our family and friends.

Pulled in and was greeted by employee one minute later on shuttle to airport when I came back to LAX I called them for pickup they arrived 5 mins later.Great service !!! Can't go wrong will use everytime when at LAX.

Great experience consistent friendly. I park here often and have been pleased each time.

The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. We did not have to wait to go to the airport and on our return we only waited about 10 minutes. I was under the impression that all parking was covered however we ended up on the very top of the parking garage because all other slots were full. Thus it was not covered. Not that big of a problem for us. Since the garage slots were very full it did take about 10 minutes to actually find a spot. It would be very helpful if the slots had green lights to indicate empty or red row lights to show that the lane was full.
